Is it aloud to have pepper spray or other type of mice in Marocco? Also what kind of weather is in Marakesh in late December?

    • The Blonde Abroad

Hi Edyta, I’m not sure. I would suggest contacting the tourism board if you’re concerned about this. Late fall and early winter in Morocco are sunny and mild. It’s perfect conditions for exploring the bustling markets in Marrakesh and Fes. I would search on Google and keep tabs on local weather. 🙂

What’s your opinion on the perennial rapes and deaths we see of women traveling to places like Morocco? How can you call it safe?

    • The Blonde Abroad

Hi Tulsi, around the world many countries depend on tourism and have the absolute best interest for the safety of tourists in mind—locals and government together. This isn’t to say there aren’t random acts of violence that are completely outside of our control. It happens everywhere around the world. But I wouldn’t say that it’s common in Morocco or something that you generally need to be concerned with. From what I’ve researched, the unfortunate things that have happened in Morocco are totally random and not a reflection of the country as a whole.
