These are great suggestions! I liked how you mentioned to try to workout and keep a schedule for yourself to keep healthy. The first few days of this new quarantine lifestyle I was definitely stress eating cookie dough and sleeping all the time!! Haha not a good way to live. But I have since discovered some awesome home workouts, and am finally doing some of the things around the house that I kept putting off. There could be worse places to be stuck at than home.

I hear ya! We’re all in this together and I know how overwhelming it is, but since there’s not a whole ton we can control right now, I find it’s so much better to focus on the positives and do things to better ourselves. Stress-eating cookie dough! LOL, been there. Wishing you all the best, Natalie! 🙂

Nice article, thanks! I’m trying to focus on my agenda instead of getting sucked into the hysteria. I’m surprised how much this has affected my otherwise level-headed friends. Since I’m going to be in Hoi An for another month, the beach is the perfect place to avoid people and get refreshed.

Hey Richard! It’s a lot to deal with right now and can be quite overwhelming—and everyone has a different way of coping, so I understand. But focusing on the positive and setting an agenda for yourself are two of my favorite things. The beach doesn’t sound too bad either 😉 Wishing you all the best!
