Hi! Where do you recommend staying? I am trying to plan a trip for a friend and myself (he is SO adamant about running, I’ll be watching like you ?) as a surprise and I am so glad I came across your blog!!

Hey there! It’s been quite some time since I’ve been—I would suggest asking the TBA Travel Tribe on Facebook if they have any recommendations on where to stay! https://www.facebook.com/groups/947813952040668/

Hi, I love your post. My 17 year old daughter, 26 year old son, and 24 year old niece will be going this year to the San Fermin. I would love to set them up with balcony spots, opening ceremony and running of the bulls but I’m not sure which website to trust. Do you have any suggestions?

Hi Rosana! Thanks for reaching out. It’s been YEARS since I went to the San Fermin Festival — my experience was from back in 2012.

Be aware that the prices for everything in town during this week, especially the room rates, are massively inflated and every place is booked. My best advice would be to look at a number of operators and see if there are real reviews from people who have booked balcony spots.
