I bought a Skyroam and also a used Nexus 6 to put on Google Fi for a recent trip. If you only need casual internet access (using Hangouts to text, iMessage, using Maps for directions, other apps that take little data), I would go with Google Fi (charges the same $10 / GB internationally or in the US) for fast data with tethering, or switch to T-Mobile with one of their many plans that offer free international data at 128kbps (slow data without tethering). I only ended up using one Skyroam day pass on the trip during an 8 hour layover at Singapore, because I knew I would be using at least 500MB ($5 in Google Fi vs using an $8 day pass)

Hi do you know if it works with cruise ships, like out at sea?

Thanks darling! I travel also and would definitely need this for sure!

I put a lot of thought and design into my home, so I knew I had to get curated, high-tech window shades to match.

Enter @rollishades — sleek, custom motorized shades that actually elevate the space while solving the very real sunlight problem. From light-filtering to blackout options, everything is tailored to fit perfectly and controlled with the touch of a button (or app). It’s the kind of smart, intentional design that makes a home feel finished. 🪟🤍

I easily installed these in my guest bedroom and let me just say, when guests come over, they’re getting what feels like a hotel experience in my home (minus the room service).
