Being a mama in today’s digital world is... stressful. Even though my little one, Oliver, is still a toddler, I already think about how I’ll navigate social media and screen time as he grows up. It’s such a different world than when we were kids, so having the right tools and info is so important!
That’s why I attended the META Screen Smart event. I wanted to learn everything about how we can not only build healthy screen habits for our kids and teens but also what tools META provides us parents—and let’s just say, there are a ton!
Some of these include:

Tech-free scheduled times
Monitor what your kids are seeing
This was such a fun event with META panelists, professional speakers, and everyday parents just trying to figure out how to navigate this ever-changing tech world.
