    Great post! I traveled for a few years as a vegetarian but switched to chicken and pork-eating when necessary for health reasons. I always prefer to eat vegetarian, but giving myself the open option to be able to eat chicken when thats what there is has been very freeing as well as crucial for my health. I live in Peru where chicken is kind of EVERYTHING, especially here in the Amazon jungle region where there’s really no vegetarian options..

    Definitely agree with bali! they have awesome vegetarian food but i have to say i thought tokyo was the hardest place i’ve ever been and found almost no vegetarian options and they never really understood not having meat. Great post though! So awesome to see vegetarian food becoming more popular
