  1. Love this, all such great tips! I also try to relax as much as I can when flying long-haul. Stress isn’t good for your skin or your mental health, so I’m always thinking to myself just to enjoy the hours I’m getting on the plane, as there’s no point worrying or stressing about anything while on it 🙂 “I’ll deal with everything when I touch ground”
