I have only been to Rhodes in Greece so each one of these islands is new for me, Kiersten! Your guide is so comprehensive and practical. I would definitely love to explore Santorini and Mykonos. How many days would be enough to stay at each of those places in order to see all the highlights there?

    • It totally depends on what you’re looking for! I think 1-2 weeks is a good amount of time, but if you want to see more go for a month!

You should also check smaller islands like kimolos near milos and folegandros near Santorini. They are a lot more beautiful and easier to explore. You should also visit the sporades group of islands near volos. Every single greek island has its own personality so…go ahead and start exploring ?

Here’s the secret—@homeexchangecom. It’s a social network where you swap homes with fellow travelers, whether it’s an apartment or a house.

You can filter your search for homes with a pool or something pet-friendly or kid-friendly to find your perfect home away from home.

I highly recommend staying a night or 2 at @themanor_house in The Cotswolds.

It’s located in the tiny, picturesque village of Castle Combe—one of my favorite stops of our trip.

We had the entire village to ourselves early in the morning and at sunset which was so magical!
