    Hi Kiersten;

    My husband and I are traveling to Morocco next year. Do you know if you can buy the tickets online? What about the taxis? I heard that sometimes taxi drives try to charge you more money.

    Thanks!

      Hi Mitsi, I believe you can purchase the tickets online. Taking a taxi is doable but you can often get ripped off by drivers taking advantage of foreigners. That said you won’t always get ripped off, but be aware of this.

    Hi Kiersten,

    Thanks for the info, learned a lot. Question about luggage – my wife and I will be going from Marrakech to Casablanca on the train. I saw in YT videos that there is space for carry-ons or small suitcases overhead in first class. However, we will have a 28″ suitcase since we are flying back to the US from Casablanca. Where do they put large suitcases that cannot be stored overhead?

    Thanks!

      Hi Charles! Often there is a small area for larger bags at the front/back of the train car – but that space does tend to fill up quickly. While it’s not a favored option – if the spaces are filled up, you can opt to sit near the rear of the train car and keep your luggage next to your seat. Kind of a pain for other passengers but if there’s not enough room in the designated area, you do what you gotta do!

I highly recommend staying a night or 2 at @themanor_house in The Cotswolds.

It’s located in the tiny, picturesque village of Castle Combe—one of my favorite stops of our trip.

We had the entire village to ourselves early in the morning and at sunset which was so magical!
