  1. Marseille, is a gorgeous place!

  2. Breanne

As a solo female traveler, would you choose the French Riviera or Provence/Marseille? I will be going to both but have a friend joining for half the trip. Just wondering which one is easier to travel solo. In terms of getting around with transportation and meeting people.

    • The Blonde Abroad

Ooooh, that’s tough. They’re both gorgeous. Are you planning on renting a car or relying on public transportation? If renting a car—probably Provence area so you can explore all the little towns and go at your own pace. If you’re sticking to public transportation, the French Riviera might be easier. Either way, you’re gonna fall head over heels for the area (at least I did!).
