This is all really wonderful advice! I especially appreciate you closing this out with a reminder to give ourselves grace. It’s great to make the most out of this time, but I think that’s probably one of the best things we can do for ourselves. Thanks for sharing!

Hey Holly! It’s an important one. There are definitely days that feel a bit too overwhelming to do much at all—and that’s OKAY. It’s a really strange time and we’re all going through a traumatic experience, so it’s good to remind ourselves that it’s okay to not do EVERYTHING. That said, I do try to remain optimistic and sprinkle joy into each day. 🙂 Wishing you good health! <3

This is great advice. I think staying busy and being productive can really help people cope with what is going on right now. I am doing my best to stick to a schedule and get extra work done that I normally wouldn’t have time to do. I am sleeping in and wearing pajamas most of the day, but I’m also focusing on working out every morning 🙂

Hey Allison! Definitely. There are days that are better than others for me, but staying productive helps me to be optimistic and push forward. Haha and don’t worry—comfies allllll around the clock here!
