  1. I totally agree with all of these points. I’ve been traveling with my boyfriend forever and for so long I thought we had to do everything together. It wasn’t until very recently that I realized that it’s perfectly fine to go off and do things on our own. It’s always good to fit in some alone time. Plus it gives you a chance to gain a different perspective on the place you’re traveling in.

    • 100%! Glad you came to this realization as well.

  2. I totally have to agree with you with your advice on spending some time apart, when traveling with your partner. For example I love to spend an entire day at the beach, but my boyfriend hates it, so we each take the time to do what we love, without dragging the other one with us. He would be miserable at the beach and I would feel guilty for insisting he came with me.
Btw, I just have to add, you have some great pictures in this post!

    • Your boyfriend hates spending time at the beach?! Oh no! Well, more wonderful alone time for you on the sand!

Thank you for the compliment about the pictures 🙂
