Why do you promote such a barbaric ,outdated and loathesome activity? The bulls are terrified, then tortured to death in a bullring. Horrible. I would never use your services, whilst you promote such a ghastly ‘ceremony’.

      Hi Jill,

Thank you for sharing your opinion. I understand where you are coming from, but one of the goals with The Blonde Abroad is to highlight different cultural practices and traditions around the world.

I think it’s better to talk and share about these kinds of cultural practices, though they might be different from our own, rather than gloss over them. I look back on the festival now that I’m older, and while I’m glad that I got to experience it, I wouldn’t go again. However, I think this is the best way to open up a dialogue about the world around us and in turn, promote positive growth.

    Hello Kierstan,

Did you rent the balcony to watch the running of the bulls? If so, can you provide your rental link?

    Thank you

Hey Brittany! My friends were the ones that took care of booking the accommodations when we went and that was back in 2012! I’m afraid I can’t even recall the place we stayed at. But you might be able to find recommendations via the TBA Travel Tribe on FB! Ask the ladies there to see if they have any suggestions. Best of luck! 🙂 https://www.facebook.com/groups/947813952040668/
