Kiersten, what Super post and great pictures!!! A good way of discovering Bogota is doing walking tour, and this one I have in mind is great because it sum up lots of history about the whole country (a lot can always being explained in capitals).

Just wanted to say that this post created the best days in Bogotá for me and my three girlfriends! We stayed at the click clack which was a wonderful start, perused the markets you suggested and even found ourselves feeding pigeons (while freaking out just a little bit) in Bolivar square. We also got to eat lunch at La Puerta Falsa which was absolutely delicious! Our very last day we spent heading up to Monserrate which was breathtaking! Thank you again for creating the perfect travel days for us.

    Cheers!
