  1. Great tips!
    Our health should be our priority while on travel, especially since you are a long way from home. One should eat, drink, and exercise properly.
    Though, it would be good to just simply bring a reusable water bottle every time. Remember to always keep yourself hydrated. Simply doing that is already a big help to our body.

  2. My constant problem with travelling is that I do not hydrate. I always forget to drink water and I end up dehydrated trying to make it up when I return back!

    • I can relate! Not always easy to have water on you at all times while you’re out exploring!
