In a small pueblo in Bolivia, there are smiles of all shapes and sizes, the natives speak Quechua (which only comes in one volume-LOUD) and there is a never ending supply of carbs and red onions.

Our Saturday morning started early as buses from The Dream Center filled themselves with volunteers and scattered to various communities all over LA. Our group was headed to Nickerson Gardens, the largest public housing development west of the Mississippi River.
We raised over $5,500 for Peruvian Hearts! That means our efforts will provide a years worth of education for 13 girls and there will still be some money to spare. Damn that feels good!
